When coming to Hospital
Attendances

All clients with emergencies are free to come to the hospital any time of the day and all of them are receieved and attended to unless the hospital capacity is exceedingly overwhelmed. However if it is possible our emergency contact can be called before arrival so that the prevailing situation is communicated.
Clients for elective procedures or reviews are also welcome any time but they can call first to confirm the best possible time for their procedure.
Sometimes patients for elective procedures or reviews will be called for confirmation as well.

Admisssions

For clients eligible for admission, they are escorted to the available room and bed depending on their gender and condition as well as choice by a facility staff. Staff can be identified by the staff uniforms they put on and name tags.
Orientation of the client and the attendants is carried out during the process of admission
